Adrian Schulz

Adrian Schulz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial and property management sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at CENTUM Financial Group Inc. since August 2021, Adrian has contributed to one of Canada’s largest mortgage broker networks. In addition to this role, Adrian has held the position of Director of Technology at CENTUM Financial Services LP since July 2019 and has been an Associate Broker/Authorized Official at Imperial Properties Corp. since 2009, where Adrian serves as President. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Technology at Real Property Management and Director of Operations and Human Resources at The Kitching Group. Adrian's educational background includes a Mortgage Salesperson Course from Mortgage Professionals Canada, a Property Management Certificate from the Manitoba Real Estate Association, and an Associate degree from the Canadian Condominium Institute. Currently, Adrian is a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
