Centumbrie is the vision of a family that has transformed listening, experience, and respect for nature into a modern and sustainable agricultural enterprise.

An integrated system born and developed entirely in Umbria, rooted in short supply chain, organic farming, artisanal quality, and contemporary design.
👉 We cultivate our own fields with olive trees, ancient grains, vegetables, and small free-range livestock.
👉 We produce in-house with our olive mill, stone mill, and legume processing facilities.
👉 We offer hospitality and taste through our bakery, café-shop, villas and experiential tourism services.

Each activity is a tangible synthesis of innovation and tradition, with the aim of creating healthy, authentic, and sustainable products.
