Giles Lenz possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held key positions at various organizations including Hancock Prospecting, where Lenz served as General Manager of Human Resources and later as a Human Resources Contractor. Lenz has demonstrated a strong ability to drive organizational effectiveness, as evidenced by roles at Roy Hill and Rio Tinto, contributing to significant transformations and improvement initiatives. With a solid foundation in employee relations from the Printing Industries Association and expertise in HR management from AstraZeneca, Lenz has cultivated a diverse skill set. Lenz holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Curtin University of Technology. Currently, Lenz serves as Executive General Manager of Human Resources and Capability at Centurion.
