Jim Conlan

Jim Conlan is the managing broker at Century 21 North Homes, a position held since 1988. After earning a real estate license in 1980, Jim transitioned from a five-year career as a counselor for the Seattle School District to real estate. In their role, they focus on recruiting, training, and managing approximately 40 agents, with an impressive track record of having the top Century 21 agent in Western Washington for six of the past seven years. Jim also teaches state-approved classes on Buyer Representation and Tax Issues for real estate agents, showcasing their specialties in marketing and negotiation.
