Sheila Splitt

Sheila Splitt has over three decades of experience in the insurance and real estate sectors. From January 1977 to January 1989, Sheila served as a Customer Service Representative at Farmers Insurance, where responsibilities included managing homeowner coverage information and processing policy changes. Subsequently, from January 1989 to January 2001, Sheila worked as a Branch Counselor at Farmers Insurance Credit Union, handling negotiables, processing checks, and accepting loan applications. Since January 2001, Sheila has been a Realtor at Century 21, specializing in the listing and sale of REO properties, short sales, and owner re-sales, in addition to frequently completing broker price opinions (BPOs).
