Matrell E.

Matrell E. has a diverse background in urban planning and land acquisition, having worked with various organizations in these fields. They served as a Land Acquisition Manager at Century Communities, Inc. since 2024, following previous roles such as Project Development Manager at GridStor and Project Planner at ARH Associates, Inc. Matrell began their career as a Planner I with Nassau County and later held positions with D.R. Horton and KB Home. They earned a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of South Florida from 2014 to 2016.
