Karly Withers

Karly Withers is a seasoned professional in the field of education and forensic science with extensive experience in curriculum development and moderation. Currently serving as a Science Curriculum Specialist at CENTURY Tech since May 2021, Karly also holds roles as an Access to HE Moderator and Materials Writer at Gateway Qualifications, and as a Standards Verifier and Examiner for Pearson. Karly’s previous positions include Trustee at Southend High School for Girls and Curriculum Manager for Applied Science at South Essex College of Further and Higher Education, along with lecturing responsibilities and team leadership. Karly's early career involved work as a Forensic Toxicologist at LGC. Karly holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Forensic Toxicology from Bournemouth University and a PGCE from The Open University, as well as leadership and counselling qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute and CPCAB.
