James Arnold

James Arnold is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pet care and retail industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Cenversa since January 2023, James previously held the position of Country Manager at WellPet, LLC from September 2019 to January 2023. Prior roles include Head of Pet Specialty at Nestlé Purina Petcare Australia and General Manager Merchandise at Ventura Health Pty Ltd. James also has significant retail procurement experience, having worked as Senior Category Manager at Petbarn and as a Buyer in various capacities at Masters Home Improvement and BIG W, where responsibilities spanned categories including garden tools, confectionery, and general hardware.
