Allan Sitjar

Allan Sitjar is an experienced contractor with a solid background in the construction industry, specializing in areas such as AutoCAD, Revit, and construction management. They have been self-employed as a contractor since 2004 and serve as the General Manager and Sole Proprietor of Jarbel Builders, overseeing project proposals, client negotiations, and construction scheduling. Previously, Allan held roles as Lead Project Engineer and Project Engineer at Decor Construction & Development Corporation and Spectrum Construction & Development Corporation, respectively. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology in 1994.
