Robin Tompkins

Robin Tompkins, JD, ACC, is the CEO and Founder of Olive Hill Global Advisors, an executive coaching and advisory firm established in February 2017, which collaborates with companies and leaders to enhance organizational performance and inclusive culture transformation. Robin also serves on the Member Board of Directors for Point West Credit Union, supports women in leadership as a CEOX Ambassador, and contributes as a faculty member in Murdock Trust’s Succession Planning and Executive Coaching Cohorts. Previously, Robin was the Executive Coach for Women Leaders for the World, a Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, and held various leadership roles at Portland General Electric and the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office. Educationally, Robin holds a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a BA from the University of Southern California.
