They have held various roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Rotary Cell, Print & Services Manager, successfully managing production teams and ensuring operational efficiency. Craig has demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, health and safety, and team development, contributing significantly to the enhancement of manufacturing processes. They hold an NVQ Level 2 in lean manufacturing and are a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, reflecting their commitment to continuous improvement in the workplace.
