Phil Box has over 28 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as an Assistant Management Accountant at Ashby Dairy Company (Northern Foods). Phil then worked as a Management Accountant at Staybrite Windows from 1996-1998. From 1998-2000, Phil served as Chief Accountant at Shell Gas.
In 2000, they joined Clyde Bergemann Power Group as a Financial Controller and worked there until 2004. Following that, they became Financial Controller at Bramall Construction Ltd, where they stayed until 2009.
From 2009-2011, Phil held the position of Financial Controller at Fulcrum Group Holdings, a utility infrastructure provider. Phil then became the Chief Financial Officer at Galglass Limited, a company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of sectional steel panel tanks.
In 2014, Phil worked as an Accountant at SRCL Ltd before joining DS Smith where they held various roles. Phil served as Commercial & Finance Business Partner from 2014-2018 and later became the Head of Finance & Commercial, Retail South from 2018-2022.
Currently, Phil serves as the Group Finance Director at Cepac Limited, starting in 2022.
Phil Box completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University from 2006 to 2008. Phil also obtained a degree in Accountancy from the University of Derby between 1991 and 1995. Their earliest known education was from Swinton comprehensive, where they attended from 1979 to 1987.
