Roger Thomson

Roger Thomson is the Head of Innovation and Sustainability at Cepac Limited, a position held since 2018. They previously served as Sales Director at Swanline Print Ltd from 2017 to 2018 and as Key Account Manager at Multi Packaging Solutions from 2009 to 2017. Prior to that, Roger was General Manager at ROMAR PACKAGING LIMITED from 2007 to 2009 and Commercial Director at Schur Ltd from 2005 to 2007. Their career began at PARKSIDE FLEXIBLES (EUROPE) LIMITED, where they worked as Sales Operations Manager from 1995 to 2005. Roger is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering at Newcastle University.
