Simon Wardell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the retail and packaging industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and previously as Business Development Manager at Cepac Ltd since August 2017, Simon has a strong background in driving new business and managing accounts in the corrugated packaging sector. Prior to this, Simon was a Sales Executive at DS Smith, where responsibilities included client development and continuous improvement strategies. Simon's earlier roles included Deputy Manager at Aldi UK and GAME Digital plc, where focus was on store operations and staff management. Simon holds an MSc in Leadership & Management from York St. John University and a degree in Business Management from Teesside University.
