George Adamidis

George Adamidis has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. George currently holds the position of Head of Business Strategy and Portfolio Management at Cepal Hellas Financial Services S.A. Prior to this, they worked at Alpha Bank as the Manager of NPL Business Planning from 2018 to 2020. George also held senior roles at Piraeus Bank and Geniki Bank, where they managed portfolios and applications related to recovery, retail, and small business. Earlier in their career, Adamidis worked as a Senior Advisor at Ernst & Young, a Senior Risk & Credit Analyst at Eurobank Cards, and a Statistician at SPSS and Ethniki Asfalistiki.

George Adamidis completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Aegean between the years 2000 and 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance and Applied Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business from 2007 to 2008.
