Jessica Ebert

Jessica Ebert is a bioinformatician with extensive experience in data analysis, next generation sequencing, and in vitro diagnostics. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Haverford College and a Ph.D. in Biophysics from Stanford University. Previously, Jessica held positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford, Bioinformatics Scientist at Affymetrix, and Manager of the Assembly Team at Complete Genomics Inc., among other roles. Currently, they serve as Senior Director of Bioinformatics at Cepheid, following a tenure as Director and Senior Manager of Bioinformatics at InSilixa.
