Kunal Attarde

Kunal Attarde is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in designing and developing automated systems and process technology. Currently employed at Cepheid since January 2024, Kunal previously held the position of Staff Mechanical Engineer at Bloom Energy from January 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included developing semi-automated and fully automated systems for new product introductions and existing product lines. Prior experience includes a role as a Mechatronics Engineer II at Zymergen, focusing on lab automation for genome engineering, and various mechanical engineering positions at BestPack Packaging Systems, Meditek Engineers, and SHREE GANESH PROCESS EQUIPMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED. Kunal holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
