Lesley G.

Lesley G. is a Quality Operations Engineer at Cepheid since August 2021, where responsibilities include serving as Non-Conformance Coordinator, managing daily non-conformance tasks, and successfully decreasing the open non-conformance backlog through effective team coordination. Previously, at Cepheid, Lesley built a Power BI Dashboard to track delivery metrics and identify process improvements. Prior experience includes roles as Treasurer for Grupo Folklórico Luna y Sol de San José State and serving as a Lean Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Kreysler and Associates, where project management in Kaizen initiatives led to reduced lead times. Lesley also contributed to quality control by developing workmanship standards and procedural documentation. Lesley holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San José State University, earned in May 2021.
