Shaye Milson is a seasoned professional currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Learning Management System (LMS) at Cepheid. Shaye has a diverse background in higher education, Human Resources, LMS administration, instructional design, and sales training, with experience in onboarding curriculum design and implementation. Previously, Shaye held positions in various organizations, including Aviation and Hayes Locums, where responsibilities included LMS administration and instructional design. Shaye has successfully implemented three Learning Management Systems, two of which were launched globally, and has a strong commitment to fostering learning environments that support professional growth and operational excellence.
