China Institute of Electronic Products Reliability and Environmental Testing (CEPREI or the Fifth Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), founded in 1955, is the earliest authoritative institution engaged in reliability research in China. The laboratory can provide certified measurement, testing, analysis and evaluation, data services, software evaluation, information security, technical training, standard information, project supervision, energy conservation, and environmental protection, from materials to complete equipment, from hardware to software to complex large systems, and technical services such as special equipment and special software research and development.
