Damon Rand

Damon Rand is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Product at Cepro since January 2009, where responsibilities include the development of new energy services for the domestic market, focusing on community microgrids and local energy schemes. Previous roles include freelance Alfresco consulting for Zaizi and Digital Keystone Ltd, as well as consultancy for the New Zealand Ministry of Justice on the Judicial Documents System. Damon Rand also held significant positions at Amnesty International as a Senior Java Intranet Developer, contributing to critical technical projects, and has a background in web development with various companies, including Natwest and Cybermagic Productions. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Chemistry/Maths and a Diploma in Environmental Science from the University of Canterbury.
