Roger Cullumber

Roger Cullumber has a diverse work experience in mechanical engineering roles. Roger started their career in 2004 as the President/Owner of RDC Engineering and the Principal Mechanical Engineer and Founder of Quilt-EZ, LLC. Roger then moved on to work as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer at Velodyne Lidar, a Private Startup, and eventually transitioned to roles of increasing responsibility at Cepton, where they served as a Principal Mechanical Engineer, Sr. Mechanical Engineering Manager, and is currently holding the position of Director of Mechanical Engineering.

Roger Cullumber completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Utah State University from 1999 to 2004. Later, in 2013-2014, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.
