Steve Brittain

Steve Brittain is a seasoned Hardware Engineer with extensive experience in developing advanced instrumentation and LIDAR sensors. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Cepton since August 2016, Steve has previously held senior roles at Invenio Imaging Inc, specializing in microscope systems, and at Photoswitch Biosciences, focusing on fluorescence microplate readers for pharmaceutical applications. Earlier positions include contracting roles and engineering positions at DQ-DT Systems and JDSU, as well as significant contributions to C8 MediSensors, PineBrook Imaging Systems, Arasor Corporation, and Novalux. Steve holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
