Clint Smith

Clint Smith is a finance and accounting leader with an MBA, currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Cerbo since 2025. Previously, Clint held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hunter-Kelsey of Texas, LLC, where they implemented core accounting processes and KPI reporting. Clint also worked as an Independent Financial Auditor at Faske Lay & Co., LLP, gaining extensive experience in audit services and finance operations. Prior to their role at Cerbo, Clint was the Controller at Salient Systems, eventually being promoted to CFO and Board Secretary, where they focused on FP&A, financial modeling, and capital raise efforts.
