Ricky Cui

Ricky Cui has extensive work experience in the field of business intelligence and data analytics. Ricky is currently serving as the Head of Business Intelligence at Cera since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Simply Business from January 2020 to July 2021, where they held the position of BI and Data Analytics professional.

From October 2016 to January 2020, Ricky worked at ASOS.com as a Senior BI and Analytics Lead. Before that, they held the role of Business Intelligence, Data Solution and Technology Manager at Sainsbury's from September 2014 to October 2016. During this time, they gained expertise in various tools and technologies such as SAS, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, Teradata, MS SQL, Oracle, R, Python, and Azure and AWS Cloud Computing.

Their career also includes previous roles at MarketAxess Europe Ltd. as a Manager and Senior Business Intelligence Specialist, Advantedge Financial Services as a BI Project Technical Manager, DWS as a Business Intelligence Consultant, National Australia Bank as a Business Intelligence Technical Lead, CitiPower and Powercor as a Business Intelligence Consultant, and Knight Frank Australia as a Business System Analyst.

Throughout their work experience, Ricky has demonstrated their skills in business intelligence, data analysis, data modeling, and database design. Ricky has also showcased their ability to implement BI solutions, provide training, and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet business requirements.

Ricky Cui has an extensive education history. Ricky obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from CQUniversity in the years 2001 to 2004. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Business and IT from the University of Melbourne. Ricky later went on to earn an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge in the years 2013 to 2015, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In addition to their academic degrees, Ricky has acquired several certifications in various fields, such as MicroStrategy and SQL Server, to further enhance their professional expertise.
