Jonathan Small is an experienced professional in sales and marketing with a diverse background in the sporting goods industry. Currently serving as Global Sales & Marketing Director at CeramicSpeed Sport A/S since March 2017, Jonathan has also held roles such as Global Sales Director and OEM Sales Manager. Previously, Jonathan was a Partner at StayActive from September 2012 to January 2018, where responsibilities included business strategy and coaching. Jonathan's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sales and Education Europe at Newton Running Company, managing European sales, stock, athlete support, and team education. Additional roles at Newton Running involved education and brand management in Scandinavia. Jonathan is an alumnus of Ashby-de-la-Zouch Grammar School.

CeramicSpeed was founded by Jacob Csizmadia, who was the first person to introduce ceramic bearings to the world of professional cycling, back in 2000. Jacob personally supervises upgrades of bicycles for professional teams and individual racing enthusiasts, to ensure unsurpassed quality, performance and high value.
