Fabian Ruppenstein

Fabian Ruppenstein serves as the Lean Manager at CeramTec – Die Keramik-Experten since May 2020, focusing on Operational Excellence and Regional Lean Management in Marktredwitz. Prior to this role, Ruppenstein worked at BMW Group from October 2018 to December 2019, contributing to project and production planning for body structures and assembly components. Ruppenstein holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Development and Management in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering from Coburg University, obtained between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2017.
