Markus Fuchs is a Lean Six Sigma certified engineer with leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, electronics, and medical device industries. Between 2020 and 2024, they served as CI & Engineering Lead at RESORBA Medical GmbH, where they managed and recruited for the engineering and maintenance department, oversaw site operations projects, and transformed the maintenance department to reduce quality losses and meet savings targets.
