Stephan Kaiser

Stephan Kaiser is currently the Leiter Standortservice for the Plochingen and Ebersbach sites at CeramTec – Die Keramik Experten. With a background in maintenance roles, they previously worked at Feldmühle AG and Cerasiv GmbH, where they were responsible for machinery repair and project management. At CeramTec, Stephan introduced an IT-supported preventive maintenance system and served as a safety specialist. They also held the position of head of maintenance, where they implemented Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in the workshops.
