Jay Fishman

Jay Fishman has had a long and varied career. Jay began their career in 1977 as President of Mickey's Clan, a family business that duplicated successful high priced ladies sweaters and made them affordable for the middle class. In 1986, they founded Bay Area Herbs and Specialties, a business that introduced products B2B to avant-garde restaurants and markets. In 1994, they became Chairman of Herb Thyme Farms, Inc. In 2009, they became Chairman of the Board of High Quality Organics, an organization dedicated to transforming food consumption. In 2012, they became CEO of Ground 2 Table, an organic food line. In 2014, they became a Director of Acorns, aiding in the early stage and mid-stage high level decision making. In 2018, they became a Director of Cerberus Interactive, Inc., the creator of Atlas Empires. In 2019, they became Managing Partner of Dimension Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on innovative young companies.

Jay Fishman began their educational journey at P.S. 272 Brooklyn NY from 1960 to 1966. Jay then attended John Wilson Junior High School from 1966 to 1968. From 1967 to 1971, they attended Sheepshead Bay High School and received their High School Diploma. Finally, they attended the University at Buffalo from 1971 to 1975, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry.
