Daniel Trunk

Daniel Trunk, M.S., has extensive experience in cybersecurity and information security management, beginning as an Information Security Operations intern at Federated Investors in 2017. Daniel served as a Senior Information Security Analyst at ACA Aponix and held the position of Senior Consultant at Baker Tilly US, where comprehensive risk management strategies were developed. Currently, Daniel works as a Cyber Security Consultant at CISO Global, providing vCISO services and conducting audits based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. In addition to cybersecurity roles, Daniel has a background in athletics, coaching roller hockey at various levels and demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills in those positions. Daniel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Forensics and Information Security and a Master's Degree in Computer Science: Data Analytics, both from Robert Morris University.
