Max Brown is the founder of Silicon Beach Talent, established in 2015, which specializes in executive search for disruptive technology companies. Max has played a crucial role in aiding the growth of over 40 companies from early stage to exit. Previously, Max served as a recruiting leader at Tesla Motors, where they managed a team responsible for hiring within various hardware engineering sectors. Max began their career at Aerotek, focusing on recruitment in the automotive and aerospace industries, after earning degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and in Economics from San Jose State University. Current roles include Retained Search Partner at multiple organizations, including Skydio and Cerebras Systems.
