Chuck Groves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client support management and team leadership. Currently serving as Client Support Manager at CereCore since August 2021, Chuck co-manages a team of 80 analysts and leads 15 direct reports, focusing on technical support and service level agreements for a facility with 2,500 team members. In the role of Supervisor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center since January 2021, Chuck oversees a team of 14, optimizing business processes and fostering innovation. Prior experience at AT&T spanned over two decades in various managerial roles, including leading teams in the Network Operations Center and driving quality improvements for technical processes. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bethany College and additional education from Middle Tennessee State University.
