Hannah Woods has extensive experience in client support and service delivery, currently serving as a Service Delivery Lead at CereCore since November 2018. Prior roles at CereCore include Client Support Analyst II, L1 Client Lead for Technical Support, Client Support Analyst I, and Associate Client Support Analyst. Before joining CereCore, Hannah held the position of Claims Team Lead at Xtend Healthcare, LLC from November 2014 to January 2018. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Austin Peay State University and an Associate of Science in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician from Volunteer State Community College.
