Bálint Várkuti

Bálint Várkuti has extensive work experience in the field of neurosurgery and related technology. Bálint is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of CereGate, a position they have held since January 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Brainlab, where they held various roles such as Director of Functional and Stereotactic Neurosurgery (Global), Director of DBS, Senior Manager of DBS, Product Manager for Neurosurgery/ENT/CMF, and Project Engineer. Bálint also worked as a Research Associate at the Universität Tübingen from October 2008 to September 2012.

Bálint Várkuti completed their education in a chronological manner. Bálint first attended Universität Freiburg from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Psychology. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they enrolled in the International Max Planck Research School: Graduate School of Neural & Behavioral Sciences and earned a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Neuroscience.
