Fabien Rival

Fabien Rival is a civil engineer with a focus on risk management and prevention. They have extensive experience as a project manager, particularly in flood prevention, resilience, and crisis management at Cerema, where they currently lead the national flood prevention program. Previously, Fabien worked as an industrial safety analyst at the Ministry of Ecology, developing tools for accident analysis and facilitating international seminars. They began their career at CETU, where they specialized in underground construction risks. Fabien holds multiple master's degrees in civil engineering, including one from Imperial College London.
