Patrick Garnier is an experienced professional in urban development and public infrastructure management, with a career spanning over two decades. From 2003 to 2007, Patrick served as Chef de la subdivision territoriale de l'équipement de Trévoux at DDE de l'Ain, overseeing urban engineering and road management for local governments. In 2008-2009, Patrick held the role of Chef de projet at DREAL, focusing on the Lyon metropolitan area.
