Stéphane JOT is currently the Chef du groupe Territoires Mobilité Environnement at Cerema, leading a team of 20 on various studies related to territorial resilience and sustainable mobility. With over 20 years of experience in urban planning, local development, and public management, Stéphane has directed projects and partnerships in multiple municipalities, including a significant role as Directeur du Pays at the Syndicat Mixte du Pays entre Seine et Bray. Previously, Stéphane was responsible for training in tourism and local development at CFFPA de Vire et CREAN. Stéphane earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Aménagement du territoire from ENITA de Clermont Ferrand.
