Heonchul Park

Heonchul leads the architecture and design of all processing systems at Ceremorphic. He has over three decades of experience in engineering and technical management of processor designs. Heonchul began his career at Samsung after he received his Ph.D. from the University of Southern California in Computer Engineering. He has held key roles working on semiconductor designs at Samsung, Siemens, Infineon, and Redpine Signals. Heonchul led the engineering at Redpine Signals as Vice President. He is the inventor of Ceremorphic’s patented multi-thread processor architecture, ThreadArch. He has published various articles including IEEE Transaction papers and holds more than 20 US patents.
