Abbas Vanak is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Development at Cerence Inc. since June 2019, Abbas oversees the development of web services for over 60 million automotive vehicles, providing technical leadership that has driven significant revenue growth through customer engagements. Prior roles include Senior Manager Engineering at Nuance Communications, where mentorship of a multi-site engineering team was emphasized, and Software Architect/Engineering Manager at Tweddle Group Technologies, recognized for developing an award-winning automotive infotainment platform.
