Holger Scholl

Holger Scholl has a strong background in sales engineering, product management, and project management. Holger has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Sales Engineering at Cerence Inc. starting in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Nuance Communications as a Senior Director of Sales Engineering from 2014 to 2019. Before that, they held the position of Director of Product Management at Nuance Communications from 2012 to 2014. Holger also worked as the Chief Sales Engineer Automotive at Nuance Communications from 2009 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Holger worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at Nuance Communications and as a Business Planner and Product Manager at Philips Lifestyle Incubator. Holger also held various roles at Philips Research Aachen as a Senior Scientist and Project Manager.

Holger Scholl completed their A-levels at Immanuel-Kant- Gymnasium Pirmasens from 1978 to 1985, majoring in Science, Mathematics, English, and Geography. Holger then pursued a Ph.D. from 1986 to 1998 at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, with their main subjects being Statistics and Industrial Mathematics, and their secondary subjects being Computer Sciences and Electrical Engineering.
