Holly Mills Gitlin

Holly Mills Gitlin serves as the Chief of Staff to the CFO at Cerence AI since May 2025, partnering with the CFO and finance leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, Holly is a member of the Chief of Staff Network since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Governance Support at Bounteous, where responsibilities included alignment of executive initiatives and orchestrating executive meetings, and Administrative Manager at Iron Galaxy Studios, managing high-level executive support and event development. Holly has also held positions as Operations Manager and Senior Executive Assistant at various organizations, where duties encompassed managing executive operations, human resources, and financial reconciliation. Holly holds a BA in Theatre and English from Truman State University.
