Jan Wehmeyer

Jan Wehmeyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Their most recent role was as the VP, Account & Business Lead Europe at Cerence Inc. starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Amazon Smart Vehicles from March 2022 to February 2023. They also held positions at Cerence Inc. as a Sales & Business Development Director from April 2015 to February 2022, and at Nuance Communications as a Sales & Business Development Manager in the automotive industry from April 2015 to September 2019. In addition, Jan has entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Happy Tree GmbH & Co. KG, a company focused on the rental of living Christmas trees, from August 2014 to July 2019. Before that, they worked as a Sales Manager at IP Deutschland GmbH and as a Gruppenleiter Mediaplanung/ Beratung at OMD Düsseldorf GmbH. Their career started as a Mediaberater at MediaCom Deutschland in November 2007.
