Joanne Neschke, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles in various technology companies. Joanne is currently a Principal Technical Project Manager at Cerence Inc. since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Nuance Communications for almost a decade as a Senior Research Project Manager and ended their tenure in October 2019. From 2006 to 2009, they served as an Engineering Manager at Marvell Semiconductor. Joanne also held the position of SW Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation from 2005 to 2006, where they led a global team in compiler and tools engineering. Joanne spent a significant portion of their career at Hewlett-Packard, starting as a Software Principal Engineer in 1991 and eventually becoming an Engineering Project Manager and Principal Engineer. In their early career, they fulfilled the roles of a Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Prime Computer, where they contributed to operating system development and worked on compilers and runtime libraries for various product lines.

Joanne Neschke, PMP received a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1980. Joanne also completed the TEAM and LEAD Program for Leadership Development at Women Unlimited, Inc from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Mansfield High School, but no additional information about their studies at that level is available.
