Kassidy Kearey

Kassidy Kearey has over 20 years of experience in IT operations and service management, currently serving as Manager of IT Operations and Manager of the Service Operations Centre at Cerence Inc. since September 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles at Nuance Communications, where responsibilities included managing the monitoring sustainment team, leading incident management, and overseeing problem management for multiple platforms. Previous positions also encompass senior roles in network operations at Nuance, as well as experience in helpdesk support and software quality assurance at companies such as TISL and Wanadoo España. Kassidy’s educational background was completed at Instituto de Bachillerato de Altea (IES Bellaguarda).
