Kesong Han

Kesong Han is a Senior Research Manager at Cerence Inc., managing a team of approximately 50 members focused on NLU and TTS research, engineering, solutions, and productization since October 2019. Previously, Han served as a Senior Research Manager at Nuance Communications, overseeing a team of over 40 researchers and engineers on Chinese NLP, TTS, ASR, and HWR projects while acting as the core technology owner of the SLM+eNLU solution for automotive speech dialogue systems. Han's career began at Motorola as a Principal Staff Research Engineer, specializing in TTS and natural language processing. Han holds a PhD in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
