Tobias Wolff

Tobias Wolff is a Principal Research Engineer at Cerence Inc. and has a strong academic background in Electrical Engineering and Communications from Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they received both a Dipl.-Ing. degree in 2006 and a Dr.-Ing. degree in 2010. They earned experience as a Teaching Assistant and worked with various companies including Nuance Communications and Harman/Becker Automotive Systems, focusing on algorithms for multichannel speech enhancement. Tobias has also contributed to research as a visitor at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is presently involved in the Marie Curie International Training Network DREAMS, aiming to improve speech recognition in complex acoustic environments.
