Simon Gale

Simon Gale has a diverse work experience. Simon is currently working at Ceres as the Head of Project Management since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Programme Manager from March 2022 to November 2022 and as a Programme Manager from November 2017 to March 2022 at the same company. Before joining Ceres, Simon worked at Air Products PLC as a Senior Project Engineer from February 2014 to November 2017. Simon also had a role as an Engineering Advisor at Ernst & Young from February 2013 to February 2014. Simon's earlier work experience includes being a Senior Engineer at Ametek Aerospace from March 2010 to January 2013, a Project Engineer at AMEC from October 2006 to February 2010, and a Graduate Engineer at BAE Systems from September 2004 to September 2006.

Simon Gale obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honors (M.Eng. (Hons)) from The University of Wales, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Simon recently obtained three certifications in Agile Leadership: Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E), Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O), and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) in May 2022, from Scrum Alliance.
