Michael Boudett

Michael Boudett serves as General Counsel and is a member of the executive team at Ceres, Inc., a position held since 2023. Prior to joining Ceres, they had a 30+ year career at Foley Hoag, LLP, where they practiced in various areas including business litigation, starting as an Associate and later becoming a Partner. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
