Mindy Lubber is the CEO and President of Ceres, a sustainability nonprofit organization, since January 2003. Under Lubber's leadership, an all-women executive team and 125 employees work to mobilize influential investors and companies to address significant sustainability challenges, including climate change, water scarcity, pollution, and inequitable workplaces. Prior to Ceres, Lubber served as the Regional Administrator for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 1999 to 2001.
